If you are not satisfied with the article, you can return it within the 14 day consideration time, without reason given. We will refund the purchase amount of the returned articles within 30 days.

Delivery check
Upon receipt of your order you should immediately check if the articles are undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, you should inform us by e-mail, info@retrocyclingshirts.com, within 24 hours upon receipt. Once you start using articles, you have accepted the delivery.

Can I exchange an article?
If you return an article, the purchase amount will automatically be refunded within 30 days. We don’t exchange anything. If you would like to receive another article, you can place a new order. If you would like to order the same article in another size or colour, you have to place a new order as well. If you place a new order after having returned one, Retro Cycling Shirts will charge shipping costs for processing and delivering this new order. The same goes for articles in another size or colour.
